Centrada has over 100 employees ready to serve our clients nationwide.  Centrada’s Senior Leadership each averages over 20 years of Hospitality Operations and Technology Management experience.  As a team, they combine to deliver a broad in-depth knowledge of technology systems and the best ways to install and operate them within a hotel environment.

  • Steve Woodward - President

    Steve Woodward, President of Centrada Solutions, is a 30 year hospitality veteran with in depth experience in hotel operations and hospitality related technologies.

     

    Woodward formed Centrada Solutions in 2005 as an IT Consulting Group focused on assisting client with making smart technology decisions to improve both efficiency and profitability.  Since that time, Centrada has developed into the industry leader for providing a full range of Outsourced IT Services to hotel owners, hotel management companies, and hotel brands.  Centrada’s mission is simple:  Provide the IT Services clients need, when they need them, at a reasonable price.

     

    Prior to founding Centrada, Woodward served as the Vice President of Distribution Technology at Wyndham International.  In that position, he was responsible for Wyndham’s Central Reservation System, Property Management Systems, and all related systems.  While at Wyndham, Woodward oversaw the consolidation of multiple Property Management Systems and Central Reservation Systems into the industry’s first Single Image Reservation System.   His background also includes over 7 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager.

     

    Woodward holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals) and several industry Client Advisory Boards.

     

  • Franklin Gentry

    Franklin Gentry is the Senior Vice President of Technology at Centrada Solutions and has over 20 years of hospitality and technology experience.   He co-founded Centrada in 2005 with a goal of helping to make Technology "simple" for hotels.  Throughout his tenure at Centrada, Franklin has been involved in all aspects of hotel technology.  He is currently responsible for locating and vetting the new technologies both Centrada and Centrada’s clients need to operate efficiently.

     

    Franklin began his hospitality career at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Orlando (eventually flagged the Wyndham Buena Vista Palace) after pursuing his Computer Science degree at Florida State University.  During his tenure at this 1,000+ room hotel he held several line level and supervisory positions in the Rooms, Sales, and Information Technology departments.

     

    After being an integral part in one of Wyndham's first Delphi/Global SFA linked properties, Franklin was key in leading the installation of Wyndham's 2nd Opera PMS hotel.  Franklin was promoted to Wyndham's corporate office in Dallas, TX in 2001 where he served as the Director of Distribution Technology.  In that role his responsibilities included the installation of 32 hotels on one of the first Centralized versions of the Opera PMS.  Franklin was ultimately responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of the database and application levels of all Distribution Systems at Wyndham International.

     

    Franklin has been an active member of HFTP for over 13 years.  When he is not at work, his passions are travel and exploring new places.

  • Jason Kippa

    As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Jason and his team are responsible for maintaining the relationships with each of our clients and for defining the products and services provided by Centrada.  Jason is a 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry and has extensive experience in both hotel operations and technology management.

     

    Jason began his tenure with Centrada in 2006 as Centrada’s first full time employee.  Jason was instrumental in growing our Help Desk infrastructure from supporting a single client into a team which now processes over 10,000 client requests per month.  In his time at Centrada, he has also been involved in all aspects of the Centrada organization by defining the growing company’s departments, creating and implementing processes/procedures, building internal and external customer relationships, and negotiating vendor agreements.

     

    Prior to Centrada, Jason has worked in a variety of hospitality industry positions including:  Food and Beverage, Guest Services, Revenue Management, Accounting, and National Sales.  He has also served as a Director of Distribution Technology with Wyndham Hotels and as a Director of Technology Operations with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

     

    In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, piloting his drone, and enjoying just about any outdoor activities.  He is also an avid Dallas Cowboy’s fan which leads to some interesting banter around the office!

     

     

  • Mark Reynolds

    Mark Reynolds is the Senior Vice President of Technical Services at Centrada.  He is responsible for the Operations and Technical Services Teams.

     

    Prior to joining Centrada, Mark spent 11 years at Fossil Group as the VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations.  Prior to Fossil he was the IT Manager, Americas for Ericsson, Inc for 11 years.  In total, Mark has over 35 years of IT experience in a variety of industries:  Insurance, High-volume Discrete Manufacturing, Software Marketing and Sales, Telecommunications, Retail, and Hospitality.  He has established and managed international support call centers, global infrastructures, security and compliance, and enterprise resource planning solutions.  Mark’s specialty is building highly functional teams by employing the right people and coaching them to success while developing and documenting repeatable and scalable processes.

     

    Mark is heavily involved in service leadership through a number of technology organizations including Dallas Chapter of SIM (Society for Information Management) and AITP (Association of IT Professionals).  In his spare time, Mark and his wife manage a 501c3 animal rescue and he is a Board Member of the Hillcrest Animal Rescue.

     

     

  • Liz Hart

    Liz Hart, Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Centrada Solutions, is 20 year hospitality veteran with experience in both hotel operations and hospitality technology management.

     

    Liz began her tenure at Centrada in 2007 as Centrada’s first Project Manager!  Since that time she has balanced managing successful client project implementations with building a collaborative Project Managers team of individuals with diverse backgrounds in order to serve Centrada’s diverse customer base.   Liz believes that a large part of her team’s success is due to their in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.  Her team can empathize with the importance of IT as it relates to the guest experience and how it impacts our Client’s on-property teams.

     

    Prior to Centrada, Liz’s hospitality career included multiple Operations positions in several states and for multiple Brands.  Most recently, Liz served as the Director, Front Office Operations at the Fairmont Dallas.  She has also held various Rooms, Sales, and F&B positions at Wyndham Hotels in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Texas.  Liz assisted with several conversions as a Task Force Member and was part of the staff involved in transitioning the Wyndham Anatole to a Hilton property.

     

    Liz holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.  She is also an active member of the Hotel Association of North Texas.  In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and going to the movies.

     

  • David Spencer

    David Spencer is the Vice President of Operations at Centrada Solutions.  In this role, David is responsible for providing Break/Fix support services to all of Centrada’s clients.  His Help Desk Team manages the internal and external communications necessary to resolve the over 7,000 incidents reported each month.  David’s Team also performs scheduled maintenance for our clients and facilitates the transition between project-related activities and “Day-2” support of all systems.

     

    Prior to joining Centrada in 2009, David held positions with Wyndham International, Luxury Hotels and Resorts, and the La Quinta Corporate Office.  David has over 11 years of experience in both Hospitality IT Services and in Hotel Operations.


    David is an active member of AITP (Association of Information Technology Professionals) and in the Dallas Chapter of SIM (Society for Information Management).   In his spare time David serves at his local church assisting in restoration of homes damaged by storms and with serving hot meals to those less fortunate.

    Justin Critton is Centrada’s Director of Client Services.  His responsibility in that role is to ensure the Account Managers and Solution Engineers on his team are trusted advisors and advocates for our clients.  Through close relationships with Hotel Brand Representatives, leading Hospitality IT System Providers, and Hotel Owners/Managers, the team is able to keep pace with industry changes and trends and ensure each client has the right IT solutions and services to meet their own unique needs.

     

    Justin has been involved in the Hospitality industry for over 11 years.  Prior to joining Centrada, he managed a variety of IT projects for hotels from brand transitions to the development of a program to evaluate service and training standards at Loews Hotels.

     

    Justin is an active member of the Hotel Association of North Texas and of the Association of IT Professionals.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is an avid reader of historical and scientific non-fiction.

     

     

     

  • James Abbott

    James Abbott is Centrada’s Director of Technical Services.  In that role, he is responsible for the Level III Technical Support team and for Centrada’s Network and System Administrator teams.  James’ teams set all of Centrada’s Technical Standards and ensures they are documented for use by all other departments.

     

    Including his 6 year tenure with Centrada, James has accumulated more than 30 years of continuous experience in and discipline knowledge of information technology.  He holds over 10 certifications for both vendor-specific and vendor-neutral programs.

     

    James attended Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) in San Antonio, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.  James has since held IT positions with OLLU, Purdue University, and American Gateway Bank.  Prior to joining Centrada he was the Senior Windows Engineer at Wyndham International for over 6 years.

     

    When he isn’t in front of a computer screen, James enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  He is an active member of AITP (Association of Information Technology Professionals) and he also can be found reading books and working out at a local kickboxing gym when time permits.
