Centrada partners with hundreds of 3rd Party IT Technology Vendors across our portfolio of Client locations. Our goal is to make the process of supporting the technologies within each location seamless to our Clients. By partnering with Technology Vendors at each location, Centrada is able to take responsibility for all reported technology issues and eliminate the location staff from being “in the middle” of those issues.
For Technology Vendors who have demonstrated above average service and value to our Clients, Centrada has developed two advanced Partnership programs:
Certified Vendor Partners
Certified Vendor Partners are Vendors who have made a commitment to providing a consistent level of service and pricing to Centrada’s clients. Certified Partners will deliver a standard set of services which will meet or exceed all industry standards (including specific Brand standards).
Preferred Vendor Partners
Preferred Vendor Partners must meet all of the requirements to become a Certified Vendor Partner plus they must commit to providing Centrada’s Clients with their lowest available pricing for the requested services.
